Jordan & Joe
The Beacon, Tunbridge Wells, Kent
Spring
For their spring wedding at The Beacon, Tunbridge Wells, Jordan and Joe wanted to fill their ceremony area with flowers, creating a beautiful focal point for the exchanging of vows.
So many flowers were available from the cutting gardens at this time of year that these blooms formed the focal point of the designs.
Sourcing from local growers provides a freshness to designs and are a huge inspiration as order lists begin to take shape in the run up to a wedding.
Muted tones for a late spring wedding. Flowers were at their frothiest; Hydrangea, Agapanthus, Allium, Sweet Peas, garden Roses, grasses, and the star of the show - ruffled bearded Iris ‘Wind Beneath My Wings’ in the softest oyster shades.
Jordan wanted to incorporate a touch of rich plum and earthy tones into her bouquet. The Iris, Anemone and Roses bought this deeper hue into the design perfectly without overwhelming the otherwise clean and fairly neutral palette.
